Avoid like the plague. Never experienced anything like it. Dropped car off for my husband. Never been spoken to so rudely in my life. The place looks like a back alley cowboy garage. It has "rogue trader" written all over it. They all need a course in customer services and manners. Promised the car would be sorted and fixed by 1pm. Called at 12:45 to say they haven't even started it.

Leaseplan have been informed of their disgraceful service and will be black listing them and removing them from their list of trusted approved garages.

Do not go here. Choose somewhere reputable, where the customer is respected.

Awful awful customer service. Woman at reception was exceptionally rude. Mever experienced anything like it. When we called for an update on the work, she hung up, then subsequently refused to answer the phone. The whole place feels like it is run by cowboys. Do not get your work done here. Go somewhere more reputable and where you will be treated like a customer. I have contacted Lease Plan to have them removed from list of authorised garages.

Hello, September 15, 2022, in the morning I had an appointment at your car service MOT unit 13a, Ipswich Road Cardiff, CF23 9AQ. I was extremely dissatisfied with your service, there are reasons for that, and this is the first: not friendly staff of mechanics. Second: at the place at 3 o'clock I waited for four hours and thirty minutes, no one called me. The third reason: I have a DVR in my car, and it only starts working when the engine is running. After inspecting the car, I checked the DVR, and the video in it was deleted. Please explain to me what right the mechanic had to touch my DVR. If there is no video, then the engine did not start. Whereas they checked and indicated the cause of the defect Exhaust has a major leak of Exhaust gases Rear (6.1.2(a).) that urgent repairs are required.
Fourth reason: when I got into the pile of the Rav 4 car after your MOT, my car smelled of cigarette smoke, I am a non-smoker, and I found cigarette ash on the plastic door on the driver's side, please explain this, this is the norm. And even after I took the document for the MOT test, a mechanic came from the garage and added with a regular pen that the engine had an oil leak. I have a question. Is it possible to write with a pen or add to the MOT test document Based on the above, I would like to get back the 150 points that I paid for the MOT, but maybe I'm wrong and of course, you can not refund this money to me if you show me a video of my car being inspected on September 15, 2022, from 8:30 am to 13.05 pm

Disappointed with the time taken to fix my car and a complete absence of any timescales. When is it likely to be fixed? We can only tell you once we've finished. No other garage operates quite like this, even if uncertain they can give you some kind of expectation of when they will finish (at least following diagnosis). Completely different experience to when I first used CMSC, I certainly won't be back.

Booked car for mot. Checked lights before I took it into the garage were working fine. Got back from mot was told side lights weren't working and that I had a break system leak. Possibly needed a new servo pump. After reading other reviews didn't feel comfortable going back, so booked into another garage and was told that other than lights there was no leak at all. The light clips had been bent leaving the bulb loose and there was no break leak at all. Other than the friendly staff I couldn't recommend, as I could have been facing a charge of £500+ that was totally unnecessary.

Found them to be fine. Replaced my Alternator for a fair price and done on same day.

Always give honest advice about any items noted on the MOT. Never pressured me to do have work done there, very helpful and good value

Be careful guys. Avoid this garage. Unscrupulous and unprofessional. You will be treated indifferently (at best) and with utter rudeness the rest of the time.
Plenty of other, professional, high reputations business in the area. Go elsewhere. These guys are not to be trusted.
