Needed some work doing on my 197 that had been off the road a couple of years, did some research and found these guys, great lads really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Workshop was pristine and really good prices, what more could you ask for! Really happy with all the work they completed and would definitely be back for more work ( even with the 3 hour trip from the midlands )

Just used Supreme Motorsport for the first time to service my Mk4 Renault Megane RS Trophy. Matt and Scott were extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. They are skilled mechanics & clearly know their stuff, providing a great customer experience with excellent communication throughout. Nice to find a garage I can trust.

Matt went above and beyond to help me out! I managed to destroy a gearbox casing, when my oem diff exploded on my 197. I got in contact with Matt, who had a replacement bell housing and boxed it all up for me and was with me the following day with all the seals needed. He even talked me through building my box back up! Top man and great company - I will be back for any of my clio needs--it wont be long, I'm Sure!

Very very disappointed

Ordered over £2k worth of suspension parts which did not arrive after 8 weeks.
Spoke a few times and seemed fine but order cancelled without notifying me anything was wrong after 8 weeks.

Then was told sorry you can re order but they will be £800 more as they have gone up in price!!

Missed loads of deals over Black Friday so proper annoyed

I asked to re instate order and refused.

Offered me a discount but was still way more than I paid before

Not sure what else I can say really.

Great local business - so good to get a personal service and get little extras done without asking like filling my screen wash and popping air in my tyres. Highly recommend and will be back. Was more than happy with the work done and the cost too! Thanks guys.

With their online store they need to highlight whether items are in stock or not. I purchased items expecting that they had them in stock this was not the case, and therefore couldn't be delivered as expected.

This will stop misunderstandings with customers. I would also check why customers are not getting your messages when stock is delayed.

I would also recommend you check the tone of your correspondence when responding to customer queries and feedback.
