I emailed these guys to get an MOT. I gave it 3 days, no answer. So I phoned. Got an answer machine and left a message for MOT. Again waited 3 days, again no reply. Finally booked with Malc Pratt Motors. They answered and booked me in immediately.

I rang 3 times and I spoke to Michael eventually, He said he would arrange to pick my Truck up via a recovery service and ring me back later in the day . This never happened. If he said to me they were too busy and that they couldn't do it I would understand but I've heard nothing.
