Extremely impressed with this service, a little skeptical at first when referred by solicitor but I can honestly say everything was fully explained to me at my first appointment, I was allowed to ask lots of questions, share my concerns and was given full and honest responses to this. I felt reassured that this was a fair process and completely understood what would occur. I have found the administrative team as helpful and professional as the mediator himself. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

An extremely positive experience for both of us. Paul explained everything very clearly. He listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve and then drafted an agreement that reflected what we wanted in great detail.

Would highly recommend this service to anyone facing separation or divorce.

My solicitor recommended Paul Kemp to assist me when lines of communication broke down between my ex and I. Paul was extremely helpful explaining how the mediation process worked and provided clear guidance in very difficult circumstances. I am very grateful to Paul for his help and have no hesitation in recommending his service to others.

I'm giving a poor review due to the after math of our mediation.
Kirsty was lovely very supportive during the one to one I initially had. However, when it came to having mediation involving my ex although, kirsty was present she allowed Paul to belittle me and patronise me. Mediators are suppose to be non bias and I felt Paul was more in favour of my ex than staying neutral.
Also paid money for a financial booklet I am yet to received. Also do not have a MIAM certificate that I require to finalise my divorce. This process has contributed to a decline in my mental health and when companies such as this aren't as efficient it makes it all the more difficult to deal with. I've given 2 stars as Kirsty was genuinely very good with me. However she has now stopped responding to my emails and communication is appalling. On top of that the first session I was sent a time for and both mediators and my ex were nearly half an hour late to all because I was given the wrong time in an email. Actually hoping this review will encourage the company to contact me so I can receive what I have paid for and finish my divorce off.

A massive thank you to Paul for putting me at ease on my first ever experience of mediation. He was extremely helpful and very understanding of my situation. Thank you for moving my process through so quickly. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Paul Kemp today, the initial set up to the meeting was quick and easy. The meeting itself was online and easy to access. Although I had been fairly anxious before the chat, I felt very relaxed once I'd spoken to Paul and found the whole conversation very informative. Would definitely recommend him if your looking for family mediation.
