Borough Green Medical Practice

We've been using this practice for 12 years (family of 6). We've had dealings with Dr Kingston, Dr Unwin, Dr Dibble and a few others, they're always excellent to work with. Listen to concerns and offer good solutions/suggestions or referrals. If you leave a message for a Doctor they call back within the day.
The receptionists always go out of their way to help if you call for sample bottle, email address etc. Really appreciate having such a great medical practice available to us. Thank you.

I had carpel tunnel release surgery here. The whole experience was efficient and smooth from the referral to the operation. Every member of staff I dealt with was pleasant and efficient, especially the surgeon and the nurse. I highly recommend the clinic.

I absolutely love this doctors surgery. I have lived in a few places before and can honestly say this is the best practise. The receptionists are very helpful in getting you the help you need. Dr O’Neill and Dr Patel are amazing and leave no stone unturned with finding out a solution to your problems. I feel very lucky to have signed with this practise. Just phoned to make an appointment for a blood test. Told can only do mornings which I can’t do as I’ve started a new job. I was basically told well theres nothing they can do by the receptionist. I then ask if I can book an appointment?? Told 4 weeks so I said I have one over the phone. Told thats no problem gave time and date and then she hung up?? RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Under pressure ain’t will all I have NAFLD and kidney stones. She did not care at all.. It’s a joke!!

Terrible doctors surgery. Ring to try to get appointment with Dr dyer but always have to wait for days or he's away. And when receptionists ask what the problem is with you well that's nothing to do with them. That's wrong they aint doctors.

My family is looked after by Dr O'Neill and we think that she's great. She's really friendly and super competent - both my husband and I feel that we, and our two young children, are in very good hands. My overall experience of the surgery, including interactions with other doctors, nurses and midwives has been really positive.

Having read some of the comments posted, I felt it important to redress the balance. Particularly in the last two years, with family members experiencing life threatening conditions, we have found that all departments at Borough Green Medical Practice have provided us with exemplary care, attention and calm, friendly efficiency.
