Lots of parking and easy access for wheelchair users.

Also has motorcycle specific parking.

Rude administration/reception staff... Clearly they don't enjoy the work. Either the practice is understaffed or ALL out on training. Impossible to get hold of, the pharmacy is even worse, just rings and rings and rings and rings (you get where I'm going with this) I understand covid has been an issue, but why haven't you thought about solutions? Bank staff for example, there are hundreds of people on there who would have been more than happy to help, myself included! Looking to move to a new practice, this one is all style no substance.

Lovely new surgery building; same old miserable and unpleasant staff. I have a poorly daughter, which is worrying enough as it is, but dealing with this surgery to get an appointment is horrendous; they will get done for negligence one day!

Submitted an online E-Consult - received a phone call yesterday evening which rang once. I rang the surgery and was told that my notes were still open and i’d receive another call (explained it had only rang once so no chance to even answer). Never got a call back, tried calling again to tell them but phone lines were closed. Had one missed call this morning, unfortunately due to work i missed it, and a snarky voicemail was left advising me to submit another online E-Consult. Not even going to bother now.

I normally go to Rosebank Severnvale. I developed an odd lump on my body and my daughter encouraged me to do a online e-consult request. Within 1 day i had an appointment but this was for Kingsway Health Centre.

I arrived and was seen very quickly by a young lady doctor. I would have been in there over an hour. In all my life I have never had such a thorough and intense examination. This young doctor may have saved my life. During this examination she noted many moles and became concerned about several of them.

When I left the surgery I felt for the first time a doctor had actually cared about my well being. Within days, I have urgent referrals, blood tests and even received an appointment for a CT scan. This was within DAYS. No stone went unturned.

Whatever the outcome is of this journey, it would never have happened if I hadnt completed the E-Consult form, been met by concerned staff who dealt with it fast and efficiently. I cant thank all of them and would especially like to say thank you to the young lady doctor who saw me, I havent named her as I am not sure I can, but in my experience of medical personnel and seeing many doctors, this young doctor is the best I have ever seen, and i thank her.

Seen by a doctor today for emergency appointment. She couldn't of been nicer and more thorough felt very assured that she listened and reacted to help with my situation.

Phoned yesterday about Autumn Covid vaccination after having Covid recently as 119 didnt give me an answer.
The receptionist was very helpful and understanding and although not resolved gave me advice.

2 months ago I had issue with getting repeat prescription receptionist was again helpful and resolved problem.

Sometimes its the way you talk to them as to how helpful they are.

This has to be the worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been to in my life.
It’s not the doctors, it’s the amount of patients they’re trying to deal with when they have a sign outside saying come and join us sign up with us. They’re not even looking after the patients already have properly.
