Incredibly rude receptionist, when making inquiries regarding the time frame for registering and then becoming a patient. The person initially refused to give me an approximate time frame, then demanded to know how many questions I was going to ask. I say person as the receptionist refused to give me her name. When dealing with sick people I would expect far more decency and patience than this individual demonstrated, I suspect sometimes a little bit of power is a bad thing in the hands of the wrong person. AVOID

I have been calling them since 3 days, they just keep rescheduling my appointment with the GP everyday, they tell me that they will call me back but they necer do, put me on hold for several minutes. I am in pain and these people just don’t seem to care.

My mother Berlinda Njoku just had a glaucoma eye surgery and is recovering very well. The GP have been supporting her during this time of her recovery.

The practice is very busy and you struggle to get a face to face appointment. The front of house staff has improved I must say. They are more approachable and professional

Who to blame? Well it's all part of the NHS. Absolute night mare, the surgery has gone downhill. You never hear back from the doctors, dispite appointments being booked, this has happened on several occasions for me. O yes, the "I'll look into it statement", and yet, here I wait. I suppose it's unfair to blame individuals, in today's, day and age where we as humans support that of technology. Yes, that's right, humans support technology... Anyway, I will prayer 🙏 for the NHS, that what ever demon's & devils 😈🔥 they are fighting, Will be resolved, and the Duty of Care obligation is put back in place. God bless you all. 🙏. The front office staff and, admin staff are all wonderful, friendly and as supportive as can be.

I am a carer for my uncle who has down syndrome and, I must admit each time I call the practise (that's if I can reach out to them) , they know who I am off by heart which shows respect and they really try there best to help and call the same day.

HOWEVER ,
There was a time where me and my uncle had to wait for an hour and 10 minutes to be seen.
The place does have a sickening atmosphere and it does smell of old furniture .

REGARDLESS , the doctors and nurses are REALLY helpful.

The system however is laid back and not very professional , however its not as bad as the reviews on here .
