Over the last 9 months, I have joined almost all of their on line personal training workouts with their extremely supportive and motivational instructors. They have been absolutely great. If you can’t make a live session on Zoom you can access a recording from Facebook or WhatsApp. They have even had outdoor ‘boot camps’ on a weekend when safe to do so.
In addition, at times I have needed some physiotherapy support for a bad back. Darel has been great in sorting out my aches and pains. In addition, through my one to one personal training lessons with Darel he has helped me with my posture and the correct way to lift weights.
They are a great team and I would have no hesitation in recommending Pinnacle Fitness & Health to you.
The guys have been outstanding providing a variety of online classes ranging from yoga, meditation, pilates, body attack, total body fitness, funky Friday to stretch and mobility. In addition, there are webinars about posture, diet, injuries and so on.
I whole heartedly recommend Pinnacle Fitness & Health for physical training and personal well-being.
Honestly, The Pinnacle Team have made working out more of a pleasure than a chore, so thank you!
There motivation throughout the lockdown has been above and beyond. Thank you Team Pinnacle.
