Avoid this surgery at all costs! They are liars when it comes to communication even in life and death matters. Utterly useless arrogant and rude reception staff and the doctors are currently playing roulette with patients lives as they seem incapable to carry out their jobs!

Really poor treatment by the reception staff. Asking personal details about why you want to see a doctor. Making judgements over the phone about how unwell you are & how urgently one needs to see a doctor ! Appalling ! And the last practice in Bromley to start making normal appointments. The a/p music is really bad & the a/p message has not been updated for 2 years?? No wonder this practice has such poor reviews.

Dr Burman is lovely , extremely helpful over the phone. I've been with Cornerways years and the vast majority of Dr's and staff are doing there best In tough circumstances.

Worst surgery ever, they treat patients so bad, keeping pregnant women outside standing and waiting, thoes ridiculous telephone appoitments before you will get regular appoitment in surgery, extending your waiting time forever. Nurses doing vaccination without wearing gloves. Lazy practice doing everything to avoid patients and work.

At 12:58 on a Wednesday all surgery lines are closed and there is an automated message telling me they the surgery is closed which then goes on to state the opening times. The times stated include this time. It’s a great way of making sure nobody can ever get hold of a GP. When 111 states you should contact a GP what’s the next port of call? To fill up urgent care and stretch resources at that end? Disorganisation due to Covid can’t be used as an excuse forever.

Avoid this surgery. Only had two interactions (with two different doctors) and both have been very poor. No compassion shown and it doesn’t seem like they really listen to patients. Will be switching to another practice expeditiously!

I am immensely grateful to Dr Rogers, who has been incredibly gentle, kind and thorough while seeing me through some long term issues. The reception staff are always great, and although services are incredibly stretched (across the nhs in general) you can see that everyone is doing their very best.

Dr Rogers is wonderful, but since covid the service of the practice has been awful, you can't get an appointment for over a week and even then its over the phone. The admin staff I've spoken to are unhelpful with the worst people skills I've ever experienced. You get sent to Beckenham beacons walk in if there's anything remotely urgent and they're completely overwhelmed. Register somewhere else.
