Booked in for my first ever smear test and was pretty nervous. I had a lovely nurse Mo who put me at ease instantly and made the whole experience easy and pain free.
It does take ages to get through on the phones but I think that’s pretty much any GP these days. So far my experience with the practise has been a good one.

Absolutely amazing. I'm so glad that I registered with this Gp. Everyone is so polite and helpful, especially Helen. She's the most amazing woman I ever met. She's so carrying and always making sure I'm comfortable.
I had my very first smear test done with her and I was absolutely terrified, but she made everything so simple and painless.
Helen, if you ever see this, you should know you are a star and you deserve the world.
I will be forever grateful for everything. ❤️

Have been at this practice for many years and over the past 2 years or so it has declined to a point where i feel the need to change.
The doctors and nurses have always been really good when i have had to use them.getting an appointment since they took over kings heath is a nightmare.my closest surgery is park avenue yet appointments i am offered is kings heath mainly.spoke to the practice manager on my initial concerns over a year ago but got told its a business and that comes first not what you want to hear from your GP.whoever is sorting out reviews and prescriptions is not fit to do their job and my family has had so many mistakes made even the pharmacist i use expects there to be something wrong either in quantity or something you cant have.some of the recetion staff need re training as they can be quite rude and again not very good at listening to you and doing the correct thing.have even been sat there over an hour to find the recptionist had not booked me in properly .sad to see such decline from what was a good practice.

Have been trying to cancel an appt. as an urgent hospital appt. Is on same day. The first call I was caller no. 43!!!!! The next time I was caller 26!!!!! The next time I was caller no. 14!!!!!!
I gave up. No way was I hanging about on the phone any longer.
Just tried again at 4.55pm, I was caller no. 11!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is disgraceful.

If I could give no stars I would. Impossible to get an appointment, even an emergency one when my son had tonsillitis. Been with this surgery all my life, yet now its about the commercials ... more patients = more money = zero patient care. 😒

0 stars. By far the worst surgery alongside Weston Favell. The Receptionists just fob you off everytime you call with the same old textbook stuff that they tell every caller. Do not sign up to this surgery because you won’t get an appointment or help. This surgery needs to be closed.

Don’t understand the bad reviews. They have set up an easy to use booking system, and the level of care is just as good as it always has been. The NHS are under a lot of pressure and this surgery has found a way to make it work.

I have been with this surgery for years and whilst there has been a decline of availability and various other frustrations it is not the fault of the doctors, nurses and staff. This is a problem with the government and how it is funding the NHS. It is happening across the country. All the negative reviews thinking they'll get much better service elsewhere will be sadly mistaken.
I have a disabled daughter who regularly needs gp input. Since the start of the online triage form I have not had one problem with getting appointments for her.
The doctors and nurses are incredible and always allow enough time for us to be felt heard and cared for. They do an amazing job considering all the pressure and stress that they are under.
