Broadway Medical Centre

Only awarded 1 star so able to write a review. Deserves 0. Phoned to book appointment for next week as son having to return from abroad unexpectedly due to illness after being away for 2 years. Was rudely told no appointments available and would need to call on the day even then may not be seen. Alternative would be same day centre. Called a cleveleys practice (where i moved to) and they were so helpful and so professional. Advised appointment could be made once registered, which i was able to do on his behalf. Surprised more people haven't changed. Some serious training needed.

I have never had a problem with doctors or Receptionist. Manners are a two way thing and I have been there when patients have been so arrogant and awkward when the receptionist have been trying to help them. People need to remember that they are not miracle workers. The receptionist have started a group called Broadway Buddies. It isn’t something they had to do but they could see a need for it. I personally think they all do there best, and I for one am grateful to you all.

Rude reception staff. Not helpful at all. They need to learn some manners and not be so abrupt to people when there feeling there lowest. I also was told to go to my GP for a urine dip, go there for them to tell me canni not just go to the walking centre. Its because they can't be bother to do a simple urine dip. Absolutely appalling behaviour. And by the past comments its clearly not being improved.

The reception staff have always been friendly, pleasant and professional.

Very helpful and pleasant receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble. Phone call from Dr as promised. Great service all round.

Very professional and nice. The doctor always calls and they appointments are done very fast! Definitely recommend!

Used this surgery for over 35 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It's common practice , if you are unable to work through sickness to obtain a fit note from you're GP ,.
I call the surgery to be told by the receptionist I can not see a doctor for this reason as they don't provide fit notes , I couldn't believe what I was hearing , I'm so glad all calls are recorded as I was blatantly lied to
