This is the worst surgery I've ever seen. We as a family feel ignored, disrespected, worried and not looked after. The only option to get an appointment is calling them a 8 am. I am already working at 8 am and definitely can't hold the line for 40 minutes just to hear that there are no available appointments for the day anymore. No pre-booking in place. When I complained, I was told to go to the walk-in centre!!!!!!!! I tried to change practices but I you can only be registered with your local surgery and we are not in the catchment area of the chosen one. Why??? Why does it have to be the local if we are sent from Easton right into the middle of the city every time something happens in the family. I can't afford myself having a journey to the city every time, and spending there 3 hrs to be checked. I am working!!!! What is this if not discrimination. Only people who can afford themselves not to work and people who doesn't want to work can enjoy the benefits of the health care system? How is this right? Maybe I should quit work and stay on benefits or win the lottery. Very unfair and unacceptable!!! I hope that my family will not have permanent health problems due to the heartless, careless and negligent operation of this surgery. And it seems that's all I can do now. Very sad and desperate.

This is the worst doctor's surgery in the UK. If you have reason to go to the doctor's you would be better off treating it yourself. Jokes aside, if you're not yet registered at a doctor's DO NOT join this one.

You have more chance of winning the lottery twice than being seen, and when you do get seen, it won't be by a doctor, it will be some random trainee who'll tell you to wait two weeks and see how you feel then.

Excellent Service called at 8.25am answered in a few minutes. Telephone appointment booked for a few days time as I do not need to see a Doctor in person. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. 😊

I have seen the reviews and still joined this gp my biggest mistake.
Can’t even get an appointment always asking me to call back 8am when you call at 8am there’s 15 pupils in-front waiting.
It’s really bad need to find another GP surgery.

Worst doctors. After having tonsillitis for 3+ days and simply needing some antibiotics and a quick 5 min appointment they were fully booked each day before 8:10 when the phone line opens at 8:00. What they don’t say is that they actually allow people to line up outside in the cold to book appointments at like 7:40. What’s the point in even having a phone line to book appointments on the day if people are down there before it opens?? The staff are okay though and seem happy to help. But this problem has been going on for so long why haven’t they changed anything??

I have put one star just so I can write this review I would say 0. But equally I need to mention in the 20 years + the only shining star is Dr Yasmeen Hassan who thoroughly checked my husband found a problem and we discovered that he has bowel cancer. Devastating but after the diagnosis he needed to speak to the surgery and as usual nothing but a cruel callous indifferent attitude from the receptionist who we need to get passed to get medication which was not forthcoming no chance whatsoever of actually speaking to the doctor. The outcome? Speak to the hospital we are not dealing with it. I have spent years hearing him complain about this surgery hopefully he will now change to a solid professional surgery that looks after the patients well being along side his medical needs.

Went in today for some advice after being told by a pharmacist that they couldn’t help and to seek medical help about my 9 year old granddaughter who had been sent home covered in a rash that hurt her if you touched it and came away with absolutely nothing except an encounter with a extremely blunt/ borderline rude receptionist who could not of come across as being any more not in the least bit bothered if she tried no empathy no concern nothing I couldn’t even make an appointment for the next day all I was told was to go to the walk in centre over 5 miles away as they cannot help me and they are shutting at 1pm for staff training I do hope that the training they had covered how to to show some empathy and how to actually treat concerned people who come in looking for help and advice instead of speaking to them with an attitude and in the tone of voice that I received today
