Bridgewater Family Medical Practice

Not long been with this practice but so far both my husband and myself ,have been extremely happy with the care we've been given ..Doctors that listen ..fantastic

Apparently you can't vote zero for what I think of this ineffective and inefficient practice.

The old lady receptionist is very Rude. She seems to be be don’t care.
But the nurse called Julie was very friendly and helpful.

Always polite and always professional, excellent service from all the medical staff

After having a problem with my repeat medication, as I needed an alternative to the one prescribed, I called Whitchurch today and spoke with a very friendly and knowledgeable Receptionist who sorted out my problem immediately. I have been trying to do this with the Ellesmere Practice only to be told on a number of occasions, that it is nothing to do with them it's the Chemist!!!!
