Emsworth Physio Clinic

Sarah has been my weekly Pilates instructor for the past two years, she has taught me a whole new way of exercising with encouragement, professionalism and some how made it great fun too!
In addition, as an elderly runner, I occasionally get an injury which she sorts out with her amazing physiotherapy skills - highly recommend and sincere thanks!

Sarah is great. i love her pilates class, its small so you get her attention.
