I suffer from depression and take meds to support me. By doing this I can hold down a full time job.

I moved from one part of Worcester to another and was told I could no longer continue with my old surgery. This practice has online repeat prescriptions only. To make an appointment you have to ring between 08:00 and 12:30 to speak to triage.

My work policy is no mobile phones, no private phone calls. My lunch is 12:30 to 13:00 and I am unable to make appointments.

This is disgusting. How do I book a review of my meds? Answer : I can't

My late father was a patient. 8 days after his passing this GP practice have still not issued the paperwork allowing us to register the death and arrange a funeral. Uncaring and inhuman way to treat a family in mourning. Now only 5 working days before the funeral is scheduled. Will they do it? Do they care?

this doctors is absolutely appalling. poor organisation, nasty people, disrespectful, rude, have absolutely no care for their patients. last month i was on hold for 2.5 hours for a 30 second phone call. there are a select few doctors here but honestly its pot luck as to if you get them or not. the main issue is with the pharmacy and reception staff. i recommend you register with literally any other doctors in worcester.

Disorganised and nobody ever available to speak to! Have been told twice I’ve been given a telephone appointment but no doctor calls you so I’m now waiting in a que for 2hr 10mins just to find out my 3rd blood results
I was avoiding to change surgery because of the hassle whist under going test but I would rather do that as there’s no service provided.

Been trying to get my prescription and they keep telling me I've had it this month. I definitely haven't, honestly worse doctors ever

Absolutely disgusting service.3 weeks trying to get an appointment for my 90 year old mother with cancer.21 in a call queue finely get an answer 1 hour and 20 minutes later only to be to be told I have to ring back Monday.I will be looking to change to somewhere else...

Myself and my family have received excellent care from this surgery. Reception staff are patient and very helpful. GP’s are caring and thorough. Nurses are reassuring and put you at ease.
My compliments especially to Dr Fairbrother who has gone above and beyond to help me. He has been a reliable and consistent source of strength and support during a time of distress and ill health. Would recommend highly.

Although sometimes difficult to get through on phone I cannot fault this surgery, I have always been able to get a same day telephone consultation from a GP for my son who suffers with complex mental health issues and if needed a Dr will see him too. I find the majority of Drs to be good but Dr Fairbrother is by far the most patient, understanding and knowledgeable Dr I've come across. He has been brilliant with my Son and I honestly don't know what we would've done without his support.
I had a shocking experience at St John's House surgery, so glad I switched over.
