This review is not an isolated incident. I have been at the practice since 2011. Over years I have experienced lowest level service. Honestly feel like they just about money . Dr Gur wife who works there uses tap water instead of sterilised water to clean my wound. She also used one time use tweezers for more then a week . When I asked her she advise that they had no received the equipment . She even kept some of my bandages which I don’t mind but . As a result of her not using proper equipment my wound got infected again . I understand budget cuts just feel like a toxic place . If you can avoid this survey. Honestly go a bit further it’s true not worth the hassle . They don’t care . When it comes to referrals don’t even bother , you will have to chase them up it’s seems like to cut cost they don’t hire enough front staff . I had a referral and it took 5 months only to find out it was never sent . They also don’t your load information they received a letter from advising I had an infection , I went for an appointment and was told to take anti biotic only to find out I need something specific. The hospital had advise the surgery. They simply done Notting .

The worst receptionists ever.
If you in pain and need the doctor don't waste you time here just call 111. This surgery uses shortage of doctors as an excuse.
You have literally an half hour slot from 8- 8.30. When you call the line is constantly busy until 9 then they say call back again tomorrow we're it's the same thing all over again.

If I could put 1 start I would. I have been using this practice since I was a baby nearly 30 years. It was a family practice and all my family have been here for many years. After the past couple of years the surgery has gone through a number of changes and I can tell by the lack of unprofessional service, the lack of care and the lack of communication with patients. My mother visited the practice a couple of days ago to to be seen by one of them temp GPs and was treated with the worst service. My mother is a disabled older women that uses a wheelchair and needs to be seen in the disabled room downstairs because the practice is not wheelchair accessible because of the number of stairs in the surgery. Upon arrival my mum was greeted by the rude reception staff and was told to wait in the staircase to be seen my mother thought she will be escorted to the room but when the GP came down she told my mum that she will be seen in the staircase because the room was busy and the GP started shouting out. Is there someone in the room? The room was empty but the GP was so unaware of what was happening in the building she doesn’t even think to check the rooms. There was no patient confidentiality. There was no patient care there was regard to my mother, that was extremely tired, fatigue and stressed because she’s unwell. After some time on the staircase, the general GP manager came down the stairs that has been known to the family for over 30 years, and my mom told him that the GP wanted to see her in the staircase, and then he replied to say yes, the GP can choose to see you wherever they want. This is so unprofessional, my mom was hurt and upset. The fact that I have a family GP treat my mother with such disrespect because she needed the GP to come down the stairs and see her in that room because the building is not accessible. Please stay away from this practice, me and the rest of my family we changing our GP the service has gone downhill since before Covid and everyone in that place except for one receptionist is extremely rude.

Not worthy of one star! I have changed GP and so has my mum and dad and siblings. This surgery is useless! Don't get me started on the receptionists! The doctors are worse! Run from there! You will die under their "care"

Been at the surgery for more than 10 years and have received such lovely service every time. Staff are helpful and polite. Doctors do their very best to treat you; especially Dr Man. She is a lovely woman and she deserves the world with all the help and effort she puts in for myself and family. Would give her individual stars but I can’t. Also Dr Gor who is the original Dr. Can’t explain how proud of this surgery I am. Thank you x

The nurses and receptionists are all very rude. Just hung up the phone with a bang. I am paying thousands every year towards national insurance to get this kind of abuse? I have been waiting over two months for an appointment they misscommunicated but still showing me attitude.

Very difficult to get an appointment in the half hour time frame they give you. On multiple occasions i have called and the line is busy or unanswered. I called 102 times today and still no appointments. The receptionist are not the most polite or helpful. I have no issues with the doctors. Doctors are reasonably polite and professional. Someone needs to look into the receptions and sort that out. I have been a patient with this surgery for 4 years and the things i have experienced and seen done by the receptionists has cause me to be seeking a different surgery.
