Useless impossible to get through to.
Appointments difficult was told one doctor on holiday and had difficulty getting a locum. Staff rude stood at rrceptioist for a few minutes, receptionist continued to type completely ignoring me.
Changing surgery.

Almost impossible to see a Dr . The seems to be only one Dr juggling between to 2 surgeries. Receptionist will try and get you have an appointment with the nurse which isn't really qualified like a Dr. If you manage to get an appointment with the Doctor it will be a telephone appointment or weeks in advance. Terrible surgery with rude staff. bad experience and have switched to another surgery now. Be warned!

Worst gp ever, have to wait more than month for phonecall appointment. Need to wait all day for 5 minute phonecall which doesn’t let me talk but gives advice from online. And when talked about another problem have to book another phonecall just waste of time. Great way of taxpayer

Welling branch, last week with my wife , didn't let me go together in the room , without any reason . The lady doctor very rude, doesnt listen to my wife all time this was 2nd time with her same experience , what a neglance doctor, they need to know who paid them! 2 doctors are same attitude . Very unprofessional staff , very rude .I called every morning trying to book an appointment. When someone finally picked up the phone, she accused me of lying that I had been waiting over 30mns. Why would I lie? I only want to see a doctor. She told me there was no appointment slot left, and She called me a liar. Unbelievable, what people have to go through to see a doctor, for Goodness sake. For years I have not seen a doctor and every time I have an issue, i go to A&E. I am switching GP , both with the one in Plumstead, I am not sure what is wrong with everyone.

horrible place, booked multiple appointments with them and they never even call me to have said appointment. Told me to call at 8am so i spent 45 mins on hold waiting for an answer and no one answered the call, sent a msg online and they said someone will call me at 1pm. called back at 3pm and they said an appointment was made for the 8th at 3:20pm, it's now 4pm and i never even received a call. Tried calling back 3 times and no one is answering. Literally all i need is my medication approved. That's it.

On Monday and Tuesday, there is a half-an-hour break but it is not recorded here. Congrats

On the other hand, doctors try their best for helping you even if you are late..
