Had to use the surgery a few times, and compared to other surgeries this one is okay. The reception staff are lovely always happy to help. Nursery does the smoking clinic is an absolute diamond so helpful and friendly just what I needed at 7 o’clock in the morning.
I’ve seen three doctors here I’m not one of them is been running too late or being moody they have all been super friendly and helpful

Amazing surgery . I transferred to them after years with a practise who became more of a business than a care provider and I have been amazed at the service and commitment they provide . They also took my Mum on after she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was only able to have palliative care but again they were wonderful and provided outstanding care and attention . So glad we transferred and found a practise that does put patients first

I was ignored, neglected, wrongly diagnosed and finaly removed by force and verbaly abused by doctor Gupta. I am a hearth attack survarior, have a stent installed near my left heart chamber, taking meds daily and went to report that I have some symptoms of a high blood pressure that I know from the past like feeling of exploding head and pain behind the eyes and in a jaw/teeth. Dr Gupta stated that I should visit a dentist... without even looking at my teeth and completly ignoring my medical history. He did not allow me to speak and insisted that "I leave his office or shut up". I was sitting on a chair and was literaly paralised with what I was experiencing. Yelled something at me and pulled me by my jumper from chair and pushed out of his office. I went to the reception to report that and while I was there he came back to me, pushed his body against me and started to verbaly abuse me. Everyone was shocked in the reception room even other gps seamed shocked as no ona reacted. Finally, a receptionist managed to get him off of me..... . To my surprice the clinic manager did nothing about this incident, in fact I have a feeling they protect that kind of behaviour even though the cctv and eye witness are there as a proof of what happened. Yet, I was removed from this practice... It was a shocking, awful, unreal experience my hands are shaking since 2 days and I struggle to tame down my bloodpreassure and lower my stress levels. Good that at least I didnt get another heart attack there.

Very unhappy. Took my 3 year old to have his injections after hyping it up all day, rung up prior to the appt to be told to go to the larkfield surgery. Went there, checked in, waited in the room for 10 minutes and then told there wasn’t a nurse working today so it must be at wateringbury. Rang wateringbury who said they were sorry and to come right away, so we drove straight there, checked in, waited for 10 minutes and then were told actually the nurse can’t see us today. Had a sobbing three year old (who was very excited to get his “super powers”) and now he cannot get them done for over another month (even though they were due 6 months ago!)

On behalf of my mother that goes to the surgery every 4 weeks for blood work, she has an amazing nurse called Debby. Who is great friendly and listens to concerns. My mum is always comfortable going in with Debby. I couldn't ask for a more connected nurse to look out for my family. Thank you

Recently joined the surgery and the receptionist was very helpful. Had an issue with my previous surgery Albion Place in Maidstone where they didn't transfer my full medical records to this surgery but after a few phone calls it was sorted and my prescriptions were sent. Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference and my experience so far has been a positive one. Thank you.

I am new to this surgery, and have seen 1 doctor so far, who listened to my concerns and referred me onto the relevant departments.
The receptionist who initially signed me up was very accommodating and welcoming, sorry I don’t know her name, she is young with long blonde hair. And I also see Debbie, one of the nurses, for a blood test, I didn’t feel the needle go in and still didn’t feel anything as she was changing the blood tubes over, no mark or bruising after either.
Thank you all so far, I am really happy I chose this surgery

This is my 3rd doctor’s surgery in my adult life, it's amazing compared to Aylesford MC and South London. Apart from 1 receptionist 13 years ago who was rubbish, everything else has been spot on. PLEASE keep on doing the good work.
