Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Canary Wharf (Crossrail Place)

Highly recommend Dr Kent at Bupa Dental practice.
This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental practice.
Dr Kent made me feel at ease as soon as I went for my consultation.
When I first walked in there I was nervous about my treatment that I needed to have, but when I had my check up he made me feel comfortable.
The work he carried out was amazing and I’m so grateful for the attention to detail.
I’ve recommended my family and friends to him also.

I can highly recommend my dentist Dr Anil Kent and the whole team at BUPA Crossrail Place. I had Invisalign and found the whole process straightforward and painless. At each stage of the treatment Anil clearly explained what he was doing any why. Thank you Anil and team, I'm delighted with the result and haven't hesitated in recommending you to friends.

I was referred to Rohit for osteopathy treatment of a lower back sports injury. I am a seasoned runner who has been struggling with niggles injuries from time to time. I saw a huge improvement from treatment with Rohit even after the first couple of sessions. He listened to my feedback and constantly made little adjustments to the treatment which I found hugely beneficial. Above all he is a positive and great individual, aside from a great osteopath. Can’t recommend him more!

Stay away. Inexperienced dentists and incompetent practice managers. On top of all that, they won't offer 30min hygienist appointments as other practices do, so you end up paying £120 where you can have the exact same procedure for half the price in other BUPA practices. Worst of all is they could not care less when you give them feedback.

Charlene Wilson, hygienist does a brilliant job cleaning and leaving teeth smooth and shiny. Normally, I would dread having my teeth cleaned, as this has been a painful, unpleasent experience in the past. This was my second appointment with Charlene and I will definately be seeing her again in the future. I would highly recommend her for a painfree dental experience.

Ms Jwan Alavi was the most helpful and gentle. I had staining from using medical mouthwash incorrectly and she removed everything. She’s an Angel!

Highly recommend Hussam Lashin for physiotherapy. They found the root of my cause of my lower back pain and explained everything causing me pain, and how the recovery programme will help. I received amazing customer service and faultless medical care for an issue which was misdiagnosed and wrongly treated on the NHS.
