I've been here a few times and every time I have had a great experience. Although I may not get the same person doing the massage the results are still the same. For a short time there may be a bit discomfort but that is due to the muscles being pulled and stretched a bit. But once that settles down you can move about easily.

Had the most amazing treatments from Sharron. Just love how calm and relaxing this place is. Has also done some course with Tracey and Kate. The knowledge of these women is just amazing. Would highly recommend

The kindest people I know they take good care of you. Vicky is very knowledgeable and likes to help you. I use to be a regular customer and sadly I live too far away now. But I’d say to anyone who’s never been before to go and enjoy.

Just had an amazing first experience for myself and daughter. I had a massage with Kelly and feel totally relaxed and daughter had a facial with Linda she absolutely loved it can’t recommend them both enough made us fee totally relaxed the moment we walked in and we will both be definitely back for more treatments soon.

Had a pregnancy massage with Linda yesterday, wow.. it was amazing!! I woke up this morning feeling great, she has such a calming, friendly approach and made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. Would definitely reccomend.🤩⭐️

I had acupuncture for the first time last week after going through a stressful time. Sharon made me feel at ease straight away and was so understanding. I honestly felt like I had a shift in my mindset and body the minute I walked out of the room! Some people are definitely meant to cross your path for a reason and she is one of them 🌟 I’ve been feeling very positive since and starting to get back to myself. I had my first Reiki session with Kim 3days ago, i have never tried Reiki before I was recommended to give it a go as i suffer with infertility and pcos. Kim is amazing the energy I felt off her straight away, I was blown away with my session and what she is capable of. I will definitely return and happily recommend to anyone. My body feels different, I felt different straight away and still up until now its hard to describe. I also bought some hormone cleanse tea from the shop, im not sure if it was the reiki, tea or mixture of both but I have came on my mensus the day after my session. I have irregular bleeds due to the pcos but lately I have had to have medication to induce a cycle for the past year. So having a bleed even without any medication I am grateful for. Thank you so much Kim and I wish you well and a safe journey to India 💞

Being Frontline in the NHS, I regularly visit here to help with stress and anxiety (aswell as a concrete neck) usually opting for back, neck and shoulder massage. This week I opted for Indian Head Massage by the professional Lucia and its now my go to treatment! It was pure bliss! Felt very pampered and left like a new woman 💆♀️
