Mountview Practice

Absolutely perfect service, I couldn’t believe the service I received from mount view practice, I rang the practice receptionist who said go online to www.mountviewpractice to book an appointment, from ringing the receptionist at 1 pm to booking my physical problems with the website questions and answers, I was told someone would ring before 4 pm, I got a phone call within ten minutes and asked if I could come in for 2.10 pm the same day, only 70 minutes from my first call to actually seeing the doctor. Beat that for first Class service.Regards Mark happy patient.

The doctors and nurses are amazing here, I can't thank them enough for the treatment my family and myself have received. Unfortunately the receptionists are awful, they are rude, obnoxious, demeaning and have no people skills at all. Please find new, pleasant receptionists. It'll make the fear of attending the surgery much easier

I am sorry i have been with this practice since the original building opened on Mount Street. I have to say that when you go in to make an appointment the receptionist tell you to phone up because they don't make appointment. When you do phone the appointment line they don't make appointments (What the point of your appointment line), the people on the other end or the 'care navigators' are very uncaring, you have to go through a horrendous online form and then someone might get back to you.

I am sorry to have to ask do you actually care about the people who are registered with you.

I am quite happy to embrace technology but i think you need to have a caring philosophy which is sadly lacking.

The Doctors and nurses are lovely. The receptionist, one in particular is shocking. She's rude , misinformed on mask regulations. I went to make an appointment a few weeks ago only to be spoken to like a child. She told me I must wear a mask and that it was the law. I have PSTD. And anxiety.. the government website states that masks don't need to be worn in these cases..
She was extremely rude. I can see other reviews regarding the receptionists.. the practice manager should be dealing with this. But over 4 years nothing has been done.

Worse doctors surgery in fleetwood, no care or regards to peoples mental health or physical disabilities when speaking to receptionists they speak loudly about your private and confidential issues where people in reception can hear and take you off the gp list because your not happy at how they have broken confidentiality and my trust didn't like the fact I told them where to go that left me anxious and struggling to find new gp and get my repeat medication thanks mountview no wonder half of your patients have left yo7 with the bad service you provide people with mental health

I have adhd and Autism and ptsd and it's unacceptable how I've been treated but the receptionist who blurted out my private information didn't get any repercussions of her actions but I got kicked off the list she should be sacked herself having no idea how she upsets people

When calling this practice waited 25 minutes on the phone, the receptionist was not at all helpful in fact was not at interested and more or less said 6 weeks to wait on booking appointment was acceptable, as that was the first available one, No wonder the walk in clinic is so busy

I had to come here as I had a bad ear infection. Was seen quickly and was able to go across to Asda with prescription for antibiotics as the pharmacy here was closed. Staff were very helpful and friendly at the centre.

Totally let down with Dr Habib.. Twice I've had an appointment with him and on both occasions he spent most of it on his computer.. He paid no attention to my concerns regarding numerous health issues which had been getting worse, at 1 appt I was informed that he didn't have time to discuss these!!!.. He made another appt for 15/09only to cancel it via txt message.. Another appt was supposed to be made but upto today have heard nothing.. Numerous times I've phoned to speak to Helen the practice manager but hey guess what!!! Had no response!!! DISGRACEFUL
Just an update on this, after numerous requests in person and via telephone calls to speak with Practice Manager regarding this issue.. There has been no contact from them.. This is getting beyond a joke!!!..Whi do you report them to?
