Unprofessional, I would not trust them to operate on me.

Based on my experience and research I have 3 reasons Transform clinic in Norwich should be avoided:

1. I contacted 14 liposuction clinics and all of them said I do not have enough fat to operate on me safely. I sent this clinic (Transform in Norwich) my pictures and they still were going to meet me to organise an operation. This clinic was OK to organise an operation where it was not needed. I started asking them inconvenient questions over the phone, they realised that they were dealing with a person who thoroughly researches his options, they called me rude for asking inconvenient questions and cancelled my appointment, this was a blessing in disguise because I did not need the operation but they would still operate and even if I needed the operation I could find a clinic in London around £1500 cheaper. It is well worth a £60 return ticket to London from Norwich.

2. At the start of my research I made a few phone calls to their clinic in Norwich. My questions were mainly about what are the differences amongst so many types of liposuction and how does it all compare to non-invasive methods. They told me they do not really know because there are so many fat reduction procedures on the market. They could not even answer how effective their liposuction is. Basically their answer was that I should try it and see if it works. I was about to go under their knife, risking being permanently scarred after their operation and they did not even have some basic information. How could anyone entrust her or his own body to these charlatans?

3. They ask you for £50 for the privilege of selling to you. And they are potentially racist. I was referred to the Norwich clinic by their UK head office assuring me that the consultation meeting would be free. Not so, I was asked by their Norwich clinic manager for £50 to book a consultation with them. It all depends on your accent. You see, in spite of being a UK citizen and living here most of my life I still have a Russian accent. Because of the way she talked to me I became suspicious and I asked a friend, one of my English born friends without an accent, to call them and ask for a consultation. Guess what, my friend was offered to meet for a consultation for free from the same person who asked me for £50. This is really sad.

In conclusion the Norwich clinic is unprofessional, putting your health at risk and potentially racist.

I had cosmetic surgery about 4 years ago. I had to travel to Manchester which was fine except the operation didn't work, so what a waste of money. ,£5,000. They told me minutes before the operation that it only works in 70% of people. Why couldn't they say that on the first appointment
