Fantastic staff, very friendly and easy to get along with. The service was brilliant from start to finish when went in for a hydra-facial. The place looks amazing, really high end yet affordable! Definitely going back for more.

Wonderful staff and service is excellent. I booked in with one of the girls for a hydra facial and she was very good. She advised me on what products should be used - I could see visible results straight after the treatment - my skin is super soft and smooth and makeup looks flawless- I would definitely recommend this treatment at Beautiphi.

Amazing experience!! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable despite me being new to the experience and treatments. Clinic owner is very knowledgeable and attentive. Will absolutely be using for future treatments.

I would not recommend this place at all. I booked an appointment today and was offered an appointment for tomorrow, as there was a cancellation. I was ready to pay my £50 deposit for my hydrfacial, but her card machine was not working.

She offered me the option of paying in full after my treatment. I was very excited for my treatment as id never had any medical facials done before and i was super excited, until 3 hours later.

Approx 3 hours later, the same lady rang me, and informed me that she was going to cancel my appointment because she had researched my name, clearly, and because i am a medically trained professional in aesthetics and iv been a dentist for over 13 years, i was accused of being a poacher and that i would come and poach their clients and staff!!!

If im having a facial for my own happiness how am i going to poach staff and clients??

I was left feeling really unhappy and guilty for being a medical professional.

So- if you are medically trained clearly your not allowed through the doors.

I do not recommend.

If I could give 11 out 10 I would!! Natalie did a wonderful job when doing my hydrafacial. She talked me though all the steps. Made me feel so comfortable. And most importantly my skin was glowing and felt super hydrated. Thank you so much. This is the second time I have visited the clinic and I would definitely recommend it.

First time getting a hydra facial from BeautiPhi. Harriet did my hydra facial and gave excellent service. Explained everything to me and what each step was doing for my skin. She also recommended products to help my skin. After the treatment my skin was glowing and felt really smooth. Was also shown what came out my skin. I’ll be going back in the future for more treatments. I’ve recommended my friends to go and would recommend anyone else to go too.

I have had a few hydra facial and they have always shown excellent results. The staff are very friendly, helpful and very professional and they always explain what they doing and why. Would definitely recommend BeautiPhi especially if you want a very relaxing facial or want any problems with your skin sorting.

If I could give 5000 stars, I would! This place is unique. From the start my experience was great from the moment I walked in to the amazingly beautiful building, to the way I was greeted, to my knowledgeable consultation which lead to my amazing treatment. I received the Hydrafacial treatment and oh my it’s even better than what I heard about it so glad I went. The effects of this actual facial were even better the next day - my face was glowing and still is! Ammarah and Natalie are both very professional and you can tell how passionate they are in what they do - they truly care about there patients and you feel this as soon as you book with them! These two ladies are awesome! I was very nervous I was actually going to say no I’m not going but I’m so glad I went the process from start to end was practically painless and the infusion was a breeze. My skin felt instantly hydrated and energised, I could feel it and I can not wait for my next appointment! This place is great and would recommend to absolutely everyone! Thank you so much ladies - May You both have a lifetime of happiness and success. X
