Dr. Victoria is an amazing professional and very honest and does not try to sell you anything you do not need. I trust her and am always happy to come back. My result of my lip filler is very natural without any lumps and even though I wanted a top up I was professionally advised against it and glad I did not do it. Very happy with the service.

The staff are very professional, knowledgable and go over and beyond to make customers happy. Aestha is unmatched in what she does, absolutely incredible. Thank you ladies! And a special recognition to Louise who’s front of house for making it a more personal experience! She is a diamond and besides having the best sense of humour her helpfulness when I need guidance about products or treatments is priceless! Thank you!

Five stars all around! I’ve done treatments in many top clinics in Europe and the US but Aestha / Dr Victoria are just superb: the combination of aesthetic feeling, skill, knowledge, thoroughness and prices just can’t be beat!

Total lack of professionalism and ethics. Continually running late, with no respect for clients. Moved room 3 times. Made to wait in the corridor for other patients to be moved from the room. Causing embarrassment on both parties. Whilst waiting in different room than my treatment room, as a result of their poor time keeping. Doctor just barges in twice without the common curtesy of knocking on the door first. There is a complete lack of respect for client's privacy. Member of staff then comes to 'chat' to me to try and kill time, making inappropriate comments. Throughout my treatment, other members of staff are entering the room, again without knocking. Member of staff walking into treatment room, again unannounced informing me they will me observe treatment without even asking if I minded. This clinic is devoid of any ethics and professionalism. I have an outstanding treatment, that has been paid for in advanced. I have emailed the clinic and told them of my experience and asked for a refund, as they have made it impossible for me to return, and that email has been ignored. Pretty much sums them up!

I had a very nice first experience, being for the first time in your clinic and also first time having lip filler, I was so nervous.Both the reception team and mostly Dr Victoria have been so nice to me and helped me ease my nerves and the lips look exactly like what I imagined and desired.
