I would like to share my amazing experience at Simone clinic whilst getting lip filler for the first time with Dr Yuri.
Upon my arrival to the appointment Dr Yuri has observed my natural lips and gave his opinion on how much lip filler I could get. He asked what is the result I would like and what look I wanted to go for. I wanted a really natural look, I like my lips but they lack plumpiness so that is why I decided to get lip fillers. I was really scared of the pain as I read lip fillers can hurt a lot and my pain tolerance levels are low, however, my first experience with lip fillers was so smooth! I was given a stress ball by the doctor and local anaesthetic- it felt like a scratch! After local anaesthetic I barely felt any pain. It was such a quick and smooth process!
After the procedure Dr Yuri informed me about aftercare and he said if there are any irregularities I can come back in two weeks for a check up and correction. It has been two weeks since I had my lips done and I could not be more happy! The results are amazing! Healing process was very smooth and I had no bruising even though I bruise easily.
I did a lot of research prior to booking an appointment and I am so happy I saw the work of Dr Yuri as he was able to give me the results I wanted. I will most definitely be returning in the future!

I've booked block of 5 sessions for laser hair removal 4th June 2021 and paid £197. Unfortunately I fell ill in September 2021 after attending 2 sessions and couldn't complete due to my illness and the medication I am taking. I contacted the customer service for a refund. I got a reply that they forwarded request to their finance team & might take up to 5 working days. Now almost a year later no refund and ignoring my calls and emails. Appalling customer service and judging by other reviews not a trustworthy company.

Would not recommend it for laser hair removal. They do not follow the timing instructions on the soprano machine and the sessions are way shorter than they should be. Therefore not achieving any result. Please do some research before booking laser hair removal here. Also had to chase customer service for a reply since they would always say 'will get back to you tomorrow' and it would turn into 2 weeks or more, which was very disappointing.
Waste of time and money.

I would never ever recommend this place to friends and family, or even a friend of a friend. While the interior and the advertisements make it seem like it is a very respectful and professional clinic, it is far from it. There seems to be a SEVERE lack of customer experience and professionalism amongst the customer service team and those that actually work at the salon. I had bought a laser hair removal package and was told that if at any point of my treatment, BEFORE DURING OR AFTER, I was unhappy then I am able to receive a refund. After being passed about to several different members of the clinic and having to explain over and over and over again, over two and a half months after my initial email, I was told they would not give me a refund, I would respect it if they had told me immediately upon my first enquiry for my refund but its a bit ridiculous that they only told me this over two months after. like many of the other reviews for the laser hair removal treatments, they don't even use the appropriate amount of time per each session, ask about your skin or hair type so they can use the correct laser strength.

Amazing service from Santa 🌹 made me feel comfortable from the get go. Professional, friendly and caring. The results from having treatments at SIMONE have been phenomenal ⭐️ I saw fantastic progress after just the first session . I would definitely recommend as this has stopped a daily issue of dealing with excess hair growth, so for me- pretty life changing 🤩🥰
