Excellent spa feel treatment rooms, fabulous facials and lovely staff. Reception/nail bar is very cramped and lets down the overall experience. But, book a treatment and you’ll feel very pampered!

I had such a lovely experience. Such great customer service - I was welcomed with smile and was constantly looked after by all members of staff. I don't usually have treatments done often but everyone put me at ease and made me feel like I was a long time customer. Lucy and Niamh are honestly great and are an asset to your business. They understood my needs and were very knowledgeable. I have already booked further treatment and will be sure to go back and recommend their services to my friends and family. Hydra facial platinum - Terribly done. Over charged and therapist didn’t fully complete it in hours they said it would take. Completed in less than an hour which was supposed to be 1.5 hours facial. Skins shows no improvement and overly expensive. Very disappointed

Staff were very welcoming and professional, really great experience and massage room was beautiful and relaxing. Definitely worth visiting.

Jade took time to explain the Elemis biotec facial and its benefits clearly. She addressed my skin complaints and my skin feels clear, thoroughly cleansed and well nourished.
Felt very relaxed after a nice shoulder massage.
