Being my first time having a Botox treatment I was a little nervous, however I was made to feel comfortable and with Jermaine’s expertise, I was in good hands. He talked me through step by step. I have known Dr Olanda Allen and Jermaine Riviera at Neuvo Aesthetics for a while and I have never been disappointed with my treatment. They make me feel special by listening to my worries and paying attention to what I have to say. Then they discuss with me and tailor make my treatment plan. I always feel up lifted when I leave the clinic. I recently had a botox top up for my frown. Almost everyone has commented how well rested I look amidst this covid crisis. Dr Orlanda was incredibly professional throughout, explained exactly what to expect with botox injections and I felt at ease instantly. I had the opportunity to talk through what my concerns were and come up with a plan to alleviate the problem areas on my face. I am over the moon with the results and will be returning here again for future treatments!!
