I had a mini package in May and unfortunately didn’t have the greatest experience with the therapist. The procedures were okay, not the highest quality, however the therapist was ill and constantly coughing. I feel bad for her but she should have been sent home. Lady at reception was very nice

Pleasant hairdresser, however my layers were very choppy and blunt. My 4 year old was charge £45 for a cut and rough dry, which I queried and received no response for.
My facial experience was amazing !!!

I’ve been for three massages at this spa, two with Hayley and once with Jodie. Both masseuses were fantastic and took the time to understand where my stress was being held and worked to focus on those areas. I always leave the spa feeling like I’m walking on a cloud - highly recommend!

We visited the place for my partner as a birthday gift and we were given 11 out of 10 service.
Everyone was super attentive, experience and knowledgeable and made us feel at home.

I’ve had a couple of facials with Louise at UrbanMediSpa Croydon and could not rate her or the salon more highly. I’ve been lucky enough to test out many facials through my job over the years, but Louise’s skill and professionalism made this the best experience yet.
I visited initially because I was having issues with stress-related breakouts and Louise has been helping me to manage these with regular facials, however I intend to continue visiting even after this issue is resolved.
I cannot fault Louise’s service; she is incredibly professional, skilful and a pleasure to deal with, and she has given me loads of advice regarding my skin and tips on how to maintain results between treatments.
If I had the money I would see Louise much more regularly and would invest in every product she recommends. But for now, a monthly facial is a welcome treat; one I really cherish and look forward to.
It’s obvious that Louise is immensely knowledgable about skin and self care, which immediately made me feel as though I was in very safe hands and would be looked after properly. Her gentle, kind nature put me at ease straight away and I am already looking forward to my next treatment with her. Thank you Louise, you’re an angel and I’m very glad our paths crossed!

Had a great experience getting my hair braided by the talented Anita. I was also given a very informative introduction to their skincare treatments and products which i plan to try. The team are brilliant! so warm, welcoming and professional. Infact I'm going back today!

If you’re looking to get Knotless braids done here, avoid!!!!

The hair stylist Anita unfortunately has no skill in Knotless braids. Despite me coming in a day before for a hair consultation and to discuss the style, the final result came out nothing like how I requested.

During the treatment had to point out to her 3 times that what she was doing what not Knotless braids and I even told her how I wanted it but still was unable to get it right. I gave up as it was clear she didn’t have the skill and just let her finish so I could leave. I’m left with a hairstyle I no where near what I wanted and £120 out of pocket.

Please take Knotless braids off of your treatment list until something changes. There is a huge difference between box braids and Knotless, I’m surprised that this isn’t widely known.

This comes as a disappointment to me as I am new to the area and was hoping to find a local hair salon to go to. Now I’d rather endure the long journey to and from North London.

I had a full body massage a few days ago by Jen and it was incredible! Honestly the best massage I had received. She made me feel very comfortable and was very polite. The lady and man at reception were also very welcoming and friendly too, it was a very nice atmosphere as soon as I entered. I have recommended this spa to some of my friends and will definitely be returning when my schedule is less busy again! Thanks guys x
