Beauty Within Medi Spa

I have been going there for the last 13 years and it is a lovely place! Amanda (the owner) is a lovely and friendly lady. And the girls are absolutely wonderful! Every visit is a proper relaxing experience. And I love the Elemis range of products!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the service I had today. I wasn't able to use a Groupon voucher as I'd used one in 2012. The owner was happy to lose a customer. I've asked for a refund. I won't be back.

I was not impressed with information provided on Hydrafacial, I was told I needed to do 6 treatments within the first 6 weeks then after it should be once a month!!? Also that in order from hydrafacial to work I should get some Tebiskin products ( these cost a fortune and not really good skin products as find them greasy) A hydrafacial is basically what it is "a facial" so you don't need to do these every week, just a sale technique! So I will be doing hydrafacials somewhere else.

I bought a gift voucher for my lady as it was her birthday, she loved it.
