I have benefited from a few sessions of meditation with Lucy Highton of White Lotus Meditation, so far it has been a very peaceful, relaxing experience with expert guidance from Lucy. She is warm and professional, listening carefully to want I want to achieve from meditation and tailoring her approach accordingly.

Lucy is a wonderful teacher - attentive, serene and knowledgable. I looked forward to her Sunday evening sessions all week and I will definitely sign up for more. Every session had variety, humour and above all a deep sense of peacefulness. I can’t think of a better way to be introduced to meditation.

As I had never meditated before this for me was a totally new experience and I really didn’t know what to expect. I have to say, I was really positively surprised by it. It’s not as simple as I thought but it s so so rewarding and it makes me feel so much better. Lucy at White Lotus is amazing , her voice really helps my mind to concentrate and focus on the present moment. I love the meditation session with her and I try to added regularly. I strongly recommend it!!

Lucy is such a wonderful teacher. She’s so calm, clear and thoughtful in her teaching. I’d already done some meditation before the beginner’s course but signed up because I always think you can learn something new. I definitely learnt a lot of new things.. bumblebee breathing, walking meditation, mindful chocolate eating to name a few. The course really exceeded my expectations and is ridiculously good value for money. The group was lovely and a nice size so you could relax and ask questions. I’m sad it’s finished as I looked forward to the sessions and four weeks went so quickly. I can’t recommend Lucy and the course enough!

Lucy's calm and supportive approach helped me achieve a great understanding of how I could settle my mind and benefit from meditation. I would definitely recommend White Lotus Meditation to anyone who wishes to manage anxiety and learn how to use meditation in these complex times.

Lucy's meditation session was so calming and her voice incredibly soothing.. I did the yoga nidra and found it very grounding.. So needed at the moment.. I highly recommend Lucy 🙏🏼💖
