I have had a fantastic experience with Angela teaching me about mindfulness and meditation. I went into this experience with a friend knowing very little about it and have come out of the course with a greater understanding and thrive to continue to learn more plus have seen a massive personal benefit in the mindfulness exercises. I will definitely be continuing my practice and look forward to doing more sessions with Angela in the future and recommend anyone to do this and give time to yourself!

I've always had a keen interest in meditation and mindfulness and decided to partake in the 8 week meditation course with Angela. Each of Angela's sessions are a mixture of both educational understanding of meditation / mindfulness as well as guided practical exercises. Angela provides tools for you to take home to support with home practice which you get to reflect upon within your next session. I would have no issues in recommending Angela.

I experience bad anxiety and I decided to try meditation to help me with that. I did the 8 week course with Angela and it was fantastic! Angela is very passionate about the importance of Mindfulness, and she teaches you not just how to meditate, but also the science behind it. I found it very interesting, but most importantly it had helped me to learn how to deal with the anxiety when it shows up. I highly recommend Cotswold Meditation and Mindfulness.

I have just completed the Awareness and Wellbeing course online via Zoom. It was the best decision I’ve ever made, Angela is a fantastic teacher and I’m already noticing differences in my day to day life – I am so much more aware of my thoughts and how they can impact my day and my feelings. I have tried various things to help with my anxiety, and meditation is the only thing that I’ve done that I really feel is helping and will help long term. I would highly recommend it to anyone!! The sessions were one to one so I really felt I got a lot from them, and I was able to do it all from the comfort of my own home. Angela was encouraging, supportive and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Angela to anyone & everyone with a curiosity for meditation or even to the regular meditator. I did the meditation & mindfulness 6 week course over zoom with Angela. She taught me so much more than just how to meditate. I was already a fairly regular meditator but wanted to know more and she answered all the queries I had through her material & wonderful discussion. I learnt how I can use meditation to not only calm my mind & be more present but in times of pain, both physical and emotional and how focusing on them actually really helps. Transformative! Loved it and Angela!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Angela, she’s really helped me learn more about meditation and motivated me to keep going with daily practice. I can already see the benefits! Especially during a difficult time like we’re all experiencing now I can’t recommend it enough, we’ve been doing our sessions over zoom while isolating and it’s been brilliant to have something to focus on. If you are new to mediation or have some experience already this course is really beneficial to all levels in reducing anxiety, increasing awareness and learning to calm the mind!

I did the 6 week meditation and awareness course; really enjoyed learning more about meditation and gaining a deeper understanding. With the global situation dramatically changing, it was a great time to learn how to manage my thoughts, and Angela was very flexible to times and we were able to do it over the phone! Really recommend this course for a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship with the world.

Angela has helped me appreciate the true meaning of meditation and how it can aid a busy mind. Angela’s classes are fantastic … She presented the right amount of information about the science behind the meditation and guided me through the actual process.

Attending Angela’s class was definitely one of the kindest things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I let my thoughts come and go; I’d never managed to clear my mind like that. It was a rewarding experience which I would recommend to anyone who wants to put their mind and body first :)
