Such a lovely atmosphere here. Relaxed and peaceful. You’re not all squashed together and you have plenty of room between tables.
The food is really well cooked and presented excellent quality and reasonably priced too.
If you lucky enough to get Nicolas serving I guarantee you will be well looked after.

It was my first visit to the “fresh painted coat” of Ashford. Walking from the train station to Shen’s Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant was an architectural history lesson from the nineteen hundreds all the way through to modern day.
Shen’s is easy to walk to from Ashford International. It stamps it’s exterior authority on the high street to bring in the punters. Once inside it has taste of ottoman opulence. The booths attracted my attention immediately, which were open and comfy.
Service was fast, helpful and smiley. The menu had a good mix of traditional Greek and Turkish dishes. Food was good quality, and met expectations. I highly recommend the specials menu options. The dishes described in that section offer flavours that are a breath of fresh air to Turkish cuisine.
