I specifically want to point out Dr Judith Mohring that works here as a danger to patients. She lacks knowledge and will go to great lengths to disrupt your life. She seems to take pleasure in people's suffering. She removes negative reviews on other sites. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible. Did not follow up on the formal complaint that we filed, despite promising to do so and being chased by us.

Caused immense disruption to our lives and cost us thousands of pounds. NEVER GO THERE.

Worst place I have ever been.
The doctor was 1 hour late and when she arrive all she could say was: it was traffic, so not really my fault.
While waiting the receptionists kept saying to each other they didnt know how to ask me to leave so the next patient wasnt delayed. Very unprofessional place. Dont recommend to anyone.

I have nothing but excellent words for the current team at the Priory Wellbeing Centre.

Having been approved by my employer to attend some CBT based therapy, I naturally undertook some research and was initially a little apprehensive based upon some negative past reviews (based on previous management/team prior to November 2017).

My therapist - Disree Shaw, has been truly excellent. She is extremely warm, professional and knowledgeable. From my experience,
it’s visibly evident that she genuinely wants to help me and is delighted when it’s clear that her therapy is paying dividends, which it certainly has so far for me. Look no further than Disree if you suffer from anxiety, are depressed or would like to discuss any issues that are troubling you with. I actually wish had found Disree many years back, but am glad I have now :)

Other positives of the Priory are the admin staff - they have been great, really friendly, helpful and have always managed to accommodate me with any meeting adjustments etc due to work or sickness.

The location is really great - a few minutes walk from Bank/Monument station and the facilities are modern with free coffee/biscuits etc.

Highly recommended!

The reviews on google previously has put me off initially - however they have put together a new team from Nov 2017, and the service I received has been fabulous! would recommend

Referral from AXA insurance to this organisation. without a doubt the most disorganised businesses I have ever experienced. initially they lost my referral for 2 months despite chasing, then when I call to set up the follow on treatment they cant find me in their system, say they will call back but then don't, I call again and am greeted with incredibly rude customer services who seem to think that the fact their system doesn't include the notes that it should include, that is somehow my fault. I complained to AXA who confirmed that they did indeed have all the information they needed but misplaced it. Its now been three months since referral and I still don't have treatment in the diary. Absolutely chaotic.
