Not so great customer service. Took my car in for some warranty repair. Both manager and service rep could not explain the process of diagnostic and warranty, and if/when charges would apply. Technician did a great job calling to let me know progress and what needed to be fixed, how, and when. However, when I picked up my car a week later, it was dirtier than I handed it in, with leaves, cobwebs, and feathers stuck to it! Couldn’t even bother to run it through a quick wash on the outside. Not the type of customer service you would expect from Mercedes. Maybe this is how they do it in the UK?

First time getting a new car from Mercedes. I just walked in and someone was able to see me. I had very short timescales and needed a car ASAP due to my previous lease expiring.
Jordan from sales helped me find something very quick and we cracked a deal pretty much there and then. He was great at his job and customer service was exemplary. His communication was great throughout the process and continuously kept me in the loop. He made the experience enjoyable and smooth. Thank you Jordan and Mercedes for my new GLB which I’m enjoying thoroughly. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! Highly recommend!

I've been a customer with MB for 4 years and it is now my 2nd car with them, the outstanding service from start to finish and even post sales given by Sarah has been incredible. She helped me get my dream car with the budget I had set out for her and even now reaches out to see how everything is going. Highly recommended to ask for Sarah when going here.

After years of searching for the perfect Mercedes, we managed to pinpoint our dream car with the help of the lovely and extremely competent Jordan Green. From the outset, he was extremely professional, pinpointed our family’s exact needs and requirements in a car and not just managed to secure us the most beautiful car, but at a good price as well. He is a huge asset to this Mercedes branch and we’re so incredibly grateful for his help. Please also pass on our gratitude for his patience when taking us on a test drive and offering us so much support throughout this entire process. Thoroughly recommend.

Very happy with the support from the Mercedes Team in Croydon from the initial meeting to the purchase of the car. I explained the type of car I wanted and budget from an initial phone call. When I went into the Croydon branch a car was presented to me and in two weeks the purchase was complete without any hard sell and actually under my budget.

Good place to get your car serviced. I dropped my car at around 8:30 and got it back by 12. Theresa from the customer team was quite helpful as I wanted my car back by 12:3 -1ish same day. She chased up and helped me with updates.

I stayed and worked from there whilst the car was getting serviced (was a full service B). Only reason for not 5 stars - Ok place to take calls/work and not crowded. I hope a bit more sound proofing for the business work desks would be better for customers working from there and want to take confidential calls.

All in all a good experience.

Just disappointing experiences.

When my last service was conducted attention to detail was disgraceful as 2 screws were left loose in the engine bay. (See pic)
Car was also held hostage for an additional day due to service voucher not being honoured as is despite this being mentioned during booking etc.

Car was then collected for the missing screws and was apparently fixed.
However car was returned in sports mode which is not what I would expect.
Still awaiting follow up to request for a service plan.
Tried calling central mercedes number and after 4 cold transfers repeating my request to get a service plan I am still no closer.
Would appreciate dealer to respond instead of me chasing around

I had a great experience with Mercedes Benz Croydon, a special thanks to Holly who helped me - she was so lovely and made a stressful experience much better!

I had some issues with my Smart car after having gone to Halfords, which they couldn’t rectify there, so I needed to go to MB. I arrived flustered after a long day but Holly was friendly and helpful, it instantly made me feel better and like I was in good hands.

My car was sorted and is running properly again which I am so relieved about.
