Very unreliable service. We had booked an airport run and had been assured that the cab was on time and outside when it was not. They were not honest about the delay and we ended up having to drive ourselves in a hurry and spending several hundred pounds on last minute airport parking. Friends have reported similar experiences.

Brilliant, reliable and competitively priced. I've used West End Lane mini cabs for the past five years, primarily for airport service. Its drivers are courteous, always on time, their cars spotless, and they text when they are at least five minutes away from my home. I love West End Lane mini cabs.

Awful experience. Not only I waited 20' for a cab that never came, but also got insulted by text by the taxi driver. This was my second experience with them and as the first one was fine, I thought maybe it was just a rude taxi driver. When I called the office to explain what happened, I got yelled at on the phone by the receptionist, could not even speak and she hung up the phone. Avoid this place!

I used West End Lane cars a few weeks ago and felt reassured in an 8 seater vehicle (with screen) with a lovely driver (Nathan) who arrived bang on time and was very polite and great company. Only my second post lockdown journey in a taxi and I felt comfortable and reassured. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

I spoke with a woman called Lorraine about opening up an account. She said she would call me back with a quote for a monthly invoice. I found this odd, as I was expecting to be given a quote on that call. Over thirty minutes has passed and she has still not called back with a quote. Unprofessional.

Very poor communications and operations - I called on 18th June to make a booking of 21st June, the lady told me they can't finalise how many cars will be available until 20th afternoon, which means the earlist time to book is 20th afternoon. When I called them on 20th June at 13:35, the lady said it's fully booked.

Rude and useless service. Hanged up the phone after saying no taxis because of tube strikes.

Just awful since change of ownership not blaming owner but she needs to look at who she has hired! Rude controllers and very rude drivers. Will never use again. Drivers turn up full of attitude and controller sides with drivers without even knowing full story telling customer 'it's your fault'. They will lose a lot of customers if they continue. No need for rudeness!
