Katrin Mobile Hairdresser

Just met the most amazing hairdresser, such a lovely lady, I will never use another hairdresser again. Brought a box hairdye completely ruined my hair thought I'd have to wear a hat till it grew out but she has worked her magic and It is amazing. She also fitted me in at very short notice, dont know what I would have done without her.

Kasia came. to me for the first time. Am. so pleased with my hair the colou r the cut. Also very reasonably priced.
She is a lovely person.. Bubbly chatty easy to talk to. Felf very comfortable in her company. Would highly recommend her.

The only hair dresser i can trust! She is the best! You don't even have to know what you want for hair cut or colour cause she knows exactly what will be the best for you! I totally recommend her!

Absolutely not professional
I have booked 3 times with her and first time she didn’t show and when I called her I’ve been told she had a problem. So accidents might happen sometimes so after 3 weeks I booked another appointment and again 5 mins before the appointment she told me she had another problem.
I have booked one more time and it took me a week to find an agreement as the communication is very bad she is replying after a day or two to every message.on the day I have messaged her in the morning asking if she was going to come and she said yes but once again 20 mins before the appointment guess what????she told me she can’t come because she had a problem!!!!we took an hour off from work to get at home on time so I am obviously upset and when I told her this is not the way to treat customers I’ve been told I’m not respecting her as she has the right to have a problem!!!so don’t waste your time!!!!!

I couldn't comment on Katrin's hairdressing ability's because she didn't turn up when she said she would. When the appointment time passed and I contacted her to ask if she was still coming, she said she had car trouble. I would expect to be told before the appointment time if that was the case. Poor communication.

Fantastic person / hairdresser in every way! So refreshing these days.

Rubbish communication and didn't even bother to call or turn up after she accepted the booking.
Won't touch her

Katrin is always polite chatty and very good at her job I would always highly recommend.
