Our happy place by the sea, have been coming for years and it's our second home now having now bought our own caravan. Much preferred than bigger sites for the peace and quiet. Great neighbours and owners are like our second family. Highly recommended for a great break away from home. All that you need is around here, from great shops places to eat and attractions. 🥰🥰🥰

Bought my van 2 years ago. Never looked back. Quiet family run site with no 10 year age limits on vans. Fabulous friendly owners who are happy to help. Site is lovely with trees and flowers well kept. Added bonus dog friendly to. Very near to the beach and local shops. Would not site my van anywhere else. The peace and tranquility is fab to. My home forever.

Been coming here to my aunties caravan for 2 years now, brilliant site owners helpful&friendly. Always welcoming to new owners😀 A great site to stay by the sea and dog friendly too! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else , this site is like one big family even if your new.

Thank you the white house by the sea for all that you do! 😇

Love this place, so calm and peaceful but still close enough to everything you need, caravans are always clean and the owners are just lovely. The beach is lovely and only a short walk away too.

Be very careful when buying a caravan off this site. Check the serial number and year of manufacture. As I have found this not to be genuine. When buying a caravan off this site check your contract. I never had one. But only just recently. Which was never signed. Make sure you get receipts off the work men for gas and electricity checks. Make sure you are not being charged Vat. Your caravan has to be insured for £2 million plus liability insurance what a joke. Also caravans must not be over 10 years off age!!! Mine was 11 when it was bought and was led disinformation. After being friends with this family for over 30 years so dissatisfied, disappointed and disconnection fee for what???? Could have done that myself. disgusted £500poundisconnnection fee. Personal privacy also comes to mind!! Having other people on the camp phoning me to discuss private matters. Not happy at all. Just dispicable. So very sad and disappointed.also I found out people who had paid 10 month's site fee's have received £650 pounds back whereas I and friends of mine who paid for 8 months received nothing. How fair is that? Also this year no refund at all which is why I have sold my caravan.

We have stayed here for 3 years and brought a static caravan and now we have sold our caravan to caravan sales in Yorkshire the site were terrible with us they said we owed £500 for disconnection fee and signed a contract with them that it was written on and signed it in 2018 and we never had a CONTRACT and said everyone on the site had signed but when you talk to the other people that had static caravans they never had sign NO CONTRACT stating that fact also they gave a £400 back for last season 2020 for covid but not got that back as well as £70 for the gas that we had not used and have taken the decking we had paid for on the front of the static caravan . 2021 season suddenly a CONTRACT had appeared that you had to sign if not you had to go off site immediately and that the reason for other static caravan owner that have gone and you need to read it CAREFULLY . We had also lost frozen food in the freezer due to the disconnection before we could empty the caravan and the garden furniture was put into the caravan from the decking which they had no right as it was not there property they are only allowed to enter your caravan for maintenance only you will also need a Static Caravan Site License which we were never given from day one which you are suppose to have which we found out about .
They also discuss your private affairs to everybody on the site so everybody knows your business which has nothing to do with them at all.
if for any reason you need work doing on the caravan area you have to have what they say for doing the work .I have been asking for my signed contract for the last couple of weeks but still has not shown for the solicitor.from when I started at the site.
