We have bought 3 cars over the last 8 years from Mobility Nationwide. They offer an excellent service and are very customer focused. I wouldnt go anywhere else for an adapted car or van.

Amazing company to deal with. We have puchased several wheelchair accessible vehicles before but wish we had found Mobility Nationwide before. They made the purchasing of our new vehicle so easy, right from viewing on their website which showed every detail of the car we were interested in. As we live in Scotland they reserved the car free of charge over the phone until we could view the car in person. The car was exactly as described and we were not hurried or pressurised into buying at any stage. Unbelievably they delivered the car free of charge and even on delivery there was no pressure to buy. Mobility Nationwide were very professional and knowledgable about their product, with great communication at all stages, and were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would without a doubt purchase future cars from them and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a quality wheelchair accessible vehicle. A big thank you from the McBride family especially Sophie who loves her new car and her special present from Beth.

I agreed an offer to purchase a vehicle from this company which was confirmed in writing 03/04/19 by their sales manager who later called, 09/04/19, 2 days before delivery, saying that the electric tailgate operation was faulty and that they were not prepared to fix it. The vehicle was advertised as having an electric tailgate. They were not prepared to adjust the price, and although I maintained an interest, they withdrew from the deal saying that they had queues of prospective buyers for the vehicle. This demonstrates disgraceful customer service and probity and has involved me in unnecessary expense and no small amount of inconvenience. BUYER BEWARE!!

My family have now bought two vehicles from this company. On each occasion the care and attention has been excellent. Yes they sell vehicles but they are more concerned that the conversion fits your needs rather that the make of car. With the first vehicle Dave would not sell until he had bought it down and checked the conversion worked for us. A 400 plus mile round trip. The second vehicle same again. Their aftersale service is excellent to. Unfortunately the second vehicle did develop a fault, it is secondhand after all. There was no quibble, due to distance, we agreed to get the vehicle checked out locally. Once diagnosed Dave took over, no fuss he bought down a loan vehicle which we could use and took ours back to fix. He then did the swap over once done. Things do break down, its how they are fixed which is the important part. What they say on their website they clearly stand by. I would totally recommend Dave and Gemma at Mobility Nationwide and thank them for making life a little easier.

We only live about 40 miles away from Mobility Nationwide so decided to travel to their garage to look at the vehicle we hoped to buy before asking them to bring it to us.
When we arrived the vehicle was out ready for us to look at and a helpful sales lady patiently explained the wheelchair adaptations and let us try putting our wheelchair in and out. Whilst we were doing this my son looked under the bonnet and turned the electrics on to see what information was given on the dashboard display. There was a warning that a service was due, so he asked if he could turn on the engine to check that the engine warning light went off. He was told that this was not safe to do, since the bonnet was open, and the sales lady took the keys out of the ignition, presumably not trusting him not to turn it on anyway.
It was agreed that we could take the vehicle for a test drive and my husband was given a form to sign. There was a statement on the form saying that we confirmed that Mobility Nationwide had insurance for this. Clearly my husband was not in a position to give such confirmation this so asked to see a copy of the policy before he signed. The sales lady then grabbed the paper from him and went into the office. A short while later a gentleman came out complaining that he understood we had challenged his ability to run a business, that we had wanted to turn the engine on when the bonnet was up, and he told us that we had upset the sales lady. He then said that he thought the best thing was that we ‘should take our wheelchair and leave’.
We were not making any such challenge, merely wanting to check something we were being asked to sign. We certainly had no intent of upsetting anyone, do not know what we did, but apologise to the sales lady for doing so. However we were all left bewildered and confused as to what had happened, and I am certainly upset. It was not a good experience for us.
