Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - Anesh Chauhan

I have recently worked alongside Anesh in a professional capacity and I cannot fault his proficiency.

I deal with mortgage brokers on a daily basis and it's clear how much Anesh loves his job, he genuinely cares for the clients he works for. He has been an absolute diamond throughout, constantly keeping me updated on our mutual clients application process and helping them receive their mortgage offer within a short space of time - whilst under lots of pressure from the chain we were involved in!

We don’t have enough good words to say about Anesh, from his efficiency to just how much of a lovely guy he is, we couldn’t have chosen a better person to put our trust in with our property purchase. Myself and my partner have been trying to purchase my grandparents’ house for the past 3 years, with covid proving to be devastating to many self employed people like myself, we were starting to give up hope with how complicated it was becoming. Anesh somehow managed to not only secure our mortgage within a matter of days of meeting him but at an incredible deal too. From our mortgage to our insurance products he has kept us informed, called us as soon as we had questions and nothing has ever been too much of an ask. I've known Anesh for 20years now and sought his advice when buying our property 5 years ago, being a ltd company director can make the process quite difficult and this was handled with ease. The best bit recently is that I was informed at 4year,4month mark to get my paperwork in order for application for remortgage at 4yr6mo, our deal expires Dec '22 I was unaware this was a thing but again well handled by Anesh, his actions here saved me around £2.5k in interest payments alone for the remainder of the existing deal as it was switched pretty much on the limit of what was permitted, without early repayment. The current rate is superb and we've also been shown realistic figures for overpayment to take years from our deal, based on our previous.
Considering the current situation, Anesh has saved us hundreds each month by being so pro active. We're on track to be finished our mortgage 8years early based on the previous deal, and we are paying less overall.
It's fair to say, I'm more than happy with the advice and service I was given, it's all been reasonable and very practical to do.

We cannot recommend Anesh enough. He managed to get us exactly what we needed with our mortgage and was there at every step of the way. The whole process was quick, easy and not stressful at all. If you are looking for an advisor who really does care then Anesh is your guy

I honestly cannot recommend Anesh enough, he works endlessly around the clock to make sure your every need is met. So quick and good at what he does. Never pushey, always gives you plenty of options and as much information as possible. Not only for your mortgage but for all your financial needs. So positive and has a smile on his face every time.
