Probitas Mortgages

We have used Probitas Mortgages on recommendation of a friend, both for our new house purchase and remortgage (let to buy) of the house we own. Marcus was superb, he managed to obtain us a great mortgage offer in a very short time. The whole experience after that was easy thanks to Emmanuel and Kate, chasing estate agents and solicitors on behalf of us.
Their customer service was phenomenal, very efficient and informative. We were kept informed of what was happening throughout the entire process. They deserve 5 stars!

Probitas were excellent and I have gone with them with a number of years. I trust them to handle my re mortgage and they have kept me informed every step of the way. Some better communication with the Conveyancing team was needed that did eventually get resolved but Probitas reassured me everything was fine and I trusted them. I am happy with my continued choice to keep using them
