Kelly is also amazing and keeps us up to date on the progress without having to even chase. Every time we have used them the process has been smooth and the whole team are so approachable!! From the start of the consultation to the end, Lenny (our broker) was top class. He was attentive and available but at no stage did we feel like we were under any pressure. He explained what he was doing for us and why at every step of the process. Any queries were quickly answered and it felt like he had our best interests at heart.
