I met with Luke here to sort my new buy to let mortgage out, his got brilliant knowledge on property and the market as he was previously an estate agent.

Well from where to start I can't describe enough how Luke helped me to get the mortgage I have spoken to three mortgage advisors before contacting Luke no one were able to help as I am self employed was very difficult te get mortgage offer but Luke handled very confidently , emailed all supporting documents to him in very short time received phone call from him the lender accepted the offer , trust me he is more in to get you mortgage offer than he's payments I'm really appreciate what he is done for me ,,, also after mortgage offer during buying property process he was always contacted with my solicitor ,,,, thank you very much highly recommending

I cannot recommend Luke Evans highly enough.
I initially mistakenly went with another Financial Advisor instead of Luke which was a massive mis-judgment on my part.
When this person was unable to help me, I contacted Luke, and straight away realised that I should’ve gone with him in the first place.

Being a first time buyer and needing a specific lender to obtain a mortgage on an ex-local authority flat I was buying, (although nothing is guaranteed), Luke knew the best lender to go with; who their valuer would be and even had other options, should there have been any issue with obtaining a mortgage on the property.

He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available outside of normal office hours, working evenings and weekends, he was always there to help me or chat when needed.

Luke has access to 100’s of lenders, and is very knowledgeable in the field he is in for mortgages, life insurance, building & contents insurance etc. He knows how the ‘market’ works.
