We had a very complex situation to sort out. Joseph was very professional, patient and always reassuring. He was a calm voice when we were panicking and we very much appreciated that.

We had problems finding a decent mortgage for quite some time, I contacted the mortgage advise bureau and spoke to Joseph Mwalabu who I must say was very Friendly and helpful. We found a flat at a great price made our offer which was accepted we have now completed and just about to move into our first home together.
