Paul came recommended from a friend of mine. I approached him as had an issue with another broker. Paul was extremely efficient and great with communications. I spoke to him on Friday and provided him with all the paperwork requested and he was able to make an application on the same day. He came back with some feedback from the bank on Monday and valuation was paid and completed on the same day. We submitted the extra feedback and waited a day before an offer was made on Wednesday. I had a break during my contract and Paul was very knowledgeable and confident about which banks will consider my application. Would not hesitate to use Paul again and highly recommend his services to anyone looking to get their mortgage completed with the highest level of service and efficiency!
