Our broker was Leanne, she was very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process of us getting our mortgage and completing on our first home. Helen Jones dealt with our re mortgage and we can’t speak highly enough about her.
It was looking unlikely that we could obtain a ten year mortgage because of my age but Helen found one. Our saviour.
She worked tirelessly on arranging the mortgage and updated us regularly. Every email and message was acted upon immediately and she was on the boil with everything.
At one point is was exhausting and stressful with issues with Land Registry but she calmed my wife and I down and helpful us both to remain positive.
I am a retired Police Officer currently working within the local authority so to calm me down was admirable.
