I’m 64 and thought I could possibly get a mortgage at this age.
He’s not only helped me to borrow what I needed ( with my own deposit) He advised me of the best rates, I locked the rate in for five years. ( beating the current rate hike!) . My wife and I had originally set out to obtain an equity release lifetime mortgage.
