As a first-time buyer, I was a bit hesitant when Josh was recommended by my developer, however I really didn't need to worry at all. Josh was fantastic from start to finish and really took the time to get to know me, my financial situation and requirements. The whole mortgage process was made so much simpler and Josh was always on hand by phone or text to go through anything I didn't understand. Josh and his team are extremely diligent and hard-working and really go above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible, while ensuring you're in the know with everything that's going on.
