I recently bought my first property and went to Richard Davis (Aitana Financial Services) as my mortgage broker and was highly impressed with the service he provided. My property search stopped and started over maybe a year and half but Richard was always available with friendly and accurate advise according to the different circumstances. He was also very helpful with other financial aspects not just the mortgage advice - for instance I utilised the Help to Buy which Rich's knowledge of was very useful as well as the various insurance policies required as part of the purchase.
