I’ve been an IMS customer for a couple of years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

In the last few weeks Holly has been amazing with renewing my mortgage.

At the moment, I’m dealing with so many things and mega stressed, yet Holly made it possible for me to have a new mortgage without me having to do a thing, and the entire time being friendly and personable! I was so grateful at how easy she made it! Even better, was that I didn’t even have to remember it was mortgage renewal time - IMS remembered on my behalf! The only effort required by me was to say “yes that one please” and sign two things! Honestly it couldn’t have been any easier!! She was also extremely patient when I completely forgot to read the email she sent me and went off camping instead - she wasn’t even cross with me for being such an airhead!
