I had the worst experience ever. I was in the area and needed to pray dhur. I came across this place. I walked in and was approached by two ladies, asking me what sect I followed, where I lived, my name, where I was from and whether it was my first time visiting.
They had metal detectors which I had to walk through. I explained that i just needed to pray and If I can. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
I was followed everywhere, I had my bag searched, I felt humiliated. Wouldn't recommend going. They treat people who are not Ahmadiyaa like criminals.
They also took my husbands ID and kept it till he finished which we dou very odd.
For Islam in its most pristine form. Ahmadis, A people who believe in loyalty to ones nation and peace and love before all else.❤️
The Fazal Mosque
I felt odd by the questions they asked and they had to check my ID’s and there was a person who followed us everywhere and tbh he was cool, but felt bit weird though
The Fazl Mosque
The Fazl Mosque, built in 1925-6, was the first purpose-built mosque in London.
itwas opened on 23 October 1926 in Southfields, Wandsworth. At a cost of £6,223, the construction of the place and the purchase of the land on which it stands, was financed by the donations of Muslims with support from the British Muslim convert Khalid Sheldrake.
